Our mission at VG Jewels is to design unique beaded jewelry
for the phenomenal women who knows who and whose she is.

VG Jewels specializes in beaded jewelry of semi-precious stones,
freshwater pearls,  glass and Swarovski crystals. The settings I
create are formed with wires of these precious metals, .925 sterling
silver, 14k gold filled, .14k and 18k gold is available upon
request. We use handcrafted silver beads from Bali, Turkey, and
Thailand. Each piece of VG jewelry is one-of-a-kind or made in
small, limited quantities perfect for the person looking for a
classic sophisticated style.

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Valerie Gillis,  bead and wire jewelry artist and the entrepreneur
behind VG Jewels is a self-taught jewelry designer that thanks
God daily for the creative hands that He has blessed her with. She
has been creating jewelry for over 10 years. Valerie inspired by a
vendor at a local craft show and with her I can do that attitude,
has been designing one of a kind, or limited editions jewelry
since then.

Valerie is attracted to the infinite combinations that  are possible
with different shapes, colors, textures and the sizes of beads. The
sky is the limit. She continually refines her techniques and has
developed the kind of knowledge, skill and quality of
workmanship that comes from years of experience. Valerie resides
in Maryland, with husband Gary and Hope their cat.
